Welding robot mainly includes robot and welding equipment. The robot consists of a robot body and a control cabinet (hardware and software). The welding equipment, for example, arc welding and spot welding, is composed of welding power source (including its control system), wire feeder (arc welding), welding gun (clamp) and other parts. There should also be a sensor system for intelligent robots, such as laser or camera sensors and their control devices.
