The JX10-1440 welding robotic arm supports a maximum payload capacity of 10 kg and has a maximum reach stroke of 1440mm, providing optimal flexibility and strength for typical industrial welding applications.
This welding robot equipment is designed for versatile structural layouts, supporting both standard floor type installation and ceiling type installation depending on your workshop requirements.
The robotic arm features robust protection ratings suited for tough environments. The J1 and J2 axes are rated at IP56, while the remaining J3, J4, J5, and J6 axes feature a high IP67 rating, shielding internal mechanics from dust and fluid splash.
The JX10-1440 provides exceptional accuracy and stability with a repeatability precision of ±0.05 mm, making it highly reliable for repetitive seam tracking and spot welding tasks.
The system comes standard with the Aotai NBC-350R welding machine (suitable for MIG/MAG/CO2) and a standard air-cooling torch featuring built-in anti-collision protection. For specialized needs, Aotai NBC-350RL low spatter machines are also available as options.
The axes offer rapid movement speeds to ensure cycle efficiency. The speeds range from 159.3 ˚/s on the J2 axis, 199.5 ˚/s on the J1/J3 axes, up to a extremely fast 1000 ˚/s on the J6 axis.
