3. Stainless steel products TIG welding
Robot grips the workpiece to rotate to the orientation tool, automatically clamping and orientation workpiece. Achieves full-automatic welding and no need labor any more.
4. Axle Full-length Welding
The spot welded semi-product completes full-length welding, and the welding must not be distorted, without insufficient welding, undercut, or air vent faults.
5. Multi-specification Welding Fixture
The workstation can apply products with different specifications. The workstation with compact structure has arc light guard.
6. Linear Transmission Welding Application
Parts and components are clipped by customized fixture to perform full-length welding. Two stations independently work, without interference each other to further improve device utilization.
7. MAG/ CO2 Welding Efficiency
Butt welding interval < 0.5mm; Corner joint welding interval < 1mm. Welding efficiency: time < 30S/PC.
