The extra-Large robot is 3 axes AC servo driven robot, single arm with telescopic type, which can be divided light and extra-large robot. "Large" is relatively larger than the general robots to take and carry the large volume and heavy weight of objects.
According to the name of robot, its structure is similar with planer machine, suitable for applying IMM from 120~3200 tons which is mainly designed for rapid and precise removal on strict demands of good appearance of finished products. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes (traverse/crosswise/main arm), with superior load 7.5-50 kgs (include jig weight). All linear movement are controlled by servo driven control systems to cooperate with high rigidity structure of linear guide rail for realizing high precise take-out and accurate repeatability.
