What is the warranty period of your machine?
The whole machine warranty is for 1 year with lifelong maintenance. Consumable materials are not covered by warranty.
How to install the machinery?
For simple machines, we provide an English manual, video, and online guidance. For complex systems, we can dispatch engineers for on-site installation and training.
Do you support customization?
Yes, if the order volume is sufficient, we fully support ODM and OEM customization services.
Are there any fixtures for the robot?
Yes, we have a professional team that designs robot fixtures, such as welding positioners, suction cups, hand grips, and conveyor lines.
